Rock Climbing (Teen Event)

When school is out, come rock climbing! Are you ready to challenge yourself and step outside your comfort zone? Join the High School Greenway Leadership Corps for an exciting – and free – day of rock climbing with Denver Parks & Rec! This event is designed for beginners, so no prior climbing experience or gear is needed!

Newton Mountain Park
Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the basics of rock climbing from experienced instructors who will guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, build new skills, or simply enjoy the great outdoors, this event is perfect for you!
But that’s not all—food and transportation will be provided. We’ll take care of all the details, so you can focus on having a fantastic time.
