Happy campers at SPREE Summer Camp wade in the South Platte River

Apply for a Scholarship to Attend SPREE

At The Greenway Foundation, we believe the river is for everyone and don’t think cost should be a barrier to attending our SPREE programs. We encourage schools and families who need some help in order to participate to apply for a scholarship.

Please choose the type of scholarship you would like to request.

SPREE Camp Scholarships – For Families

Please email camp@greenwayfoundation.org for scholarship inquiries. The form below is not working properly at this time. We are working to fix this issue as fast as we can!

Our scholarships for SPREE Camp are fulfilled, and we can no longer offer SPREE camp scholarships at this time.

As before, there is no need for “proof” of finances, and you can apply for multiple children. Reaching out to our camp team does not guarantee a place in our program. Scholarships are approved by the Camp Manager and you will be notified of your status as soon as possible.

SPREE Camp scholarships cover 50% of the camp price. We have a limited number of scholarships available. Aftercare is not included in the scholarship program. We typically award one scholarship per child per family; this allows us to provide camp opportunities to many deserving Denver kids. If you are applying for two or more children, please fill out an application for each child.
