Spring South Platte Stewardship Day

Volunteer to Revitalize the South Platte River
This event was previously scheduled for Saturday, April 27th. Due to bad weather, we are moving this event to Saturday May 11th. Please re-register for this new date below.
Pacifico Preserves Spring South Platte Stewardship Day needs your help restoring local parks along the South Platte River! Volunteer groups will assist with mulching trees, debris removal along the trail, cleaning & weeding Centennial Garden, and more. Help us care for these local green spaces and get them ready for a busy summer season!
- This event is intended for volunteers 12 years of age and older. Younger children are definitely welcome, but please note there will not be any child specific stewardship projects.
- Families with younger children may enjoy the experience offered out our Spring Family Stewardship Day.
- Teens can sign up for Greenway Leadership Corps stewardship day without a parent or guardian attending.

Schedule
8:00am – 8:30am: Check In & Breakfast Burritos donated by SNOOZE
8:30am- 11:00 am: Volunteer Projects
What to Bring
- Closed-toed shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Full water bottle
- Work gloves (used pairs will be available to borrow)
- Please leave valuables and pets at home
Event Registration
Online registration closes 24 hours before the event. There are still volunteer spots available, so please join us if you are able!
