Summer River Rangers 2023

This summer was an absolute blast. We had three river rangers this summer. Uli, Jisela, and Melany. And let me tell you they were the perfect little mix of personalities. They helped each other grow in their role as educators, while also having fun.

The whole summer was full of laughs even when we had to put in work. Our rangers got the opportunity to grow their leadership skills by going through a progression teaching the lessons at our summer camp. Not only did they teach the kids cool animal facts but also taught them new dance moves and even had a couple of dance competitions.

Camp was a great way to increase the rangers confidence because there was a bit of everything to take leadership on. Uli and Jisela were excellent leaders in our outdoor sports teaching kindness! Melany took on the crafts like a pro teaching how to be creative and clean after themselves. By the end of the summer we said goodbye to three great teachers and even better people! Thank you for a great summer!
