Fall Family Stewardship Day 2022

Volunteer With Your Family to Clean Up a Park

Give back to our parks and our planet with SPREE at our FREE, family-friendly volunteer event! Start the day with a trash pick-up led by South Platte River Environmental Education (SPREE) staff. Afterwards, we’ll come together for some crafts and activities.

Adults and kids over 12 must attend with someone under 12.

No solo adult registrations will be accepted. Please look at our upcoming stewardship events to find one that is for adults and children over 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

What to Bring

  • Weather appropriate clothing (hat, sunscreen, jacket, etc.)
  • Closed toed shoes
  • Full water bottle​
  • Masks to be worn by all family members (over 3 years old)
  • Snacks (breakfast will be provided)

Location & Parking

Location: Johnson Habitat Park (610 S Jason St, Denver, CO 80223)

Parking: there is a free parking lot along West Exposition Ave, or street parking along Jason Street.
